RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


Returns window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
 • in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused)
 • with tags attached
 • in its original packaging
 • with proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)


How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at Info@aevumwear.com.au.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you:
 • the return address
 • instructions on how to send your parcel
 • and, when applicable, a return shipping label


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (SIZE / PREFERENCE / ORDERED WRONG)

Australia (Domestic)

If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind (including sizing, preference, or ordering the wrong item), return shipping is paid by the customer.

You can request an Aevum return label, a flat $15 AUD return label fee will be deducted from your refund.


Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, unless required by law.


International

For international change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels for international change-of-mind returns.

Note: Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

 

DAMAGES, FAULTS & WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, not as described, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


If your claim is confirmed, Aevum will cover return shipping (Australia and International) by:
 • providing a prepaid return label, or
 • reimbursing reasonable return postage costs (please keep your receipt and share it with us)


We’ll work with you to provide the appropriate outcome (refund, replacement, or exchange) depending on the situation.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the steps above) and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
 • perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
 • custom/personalised items
 • personal care goods (beauty products)
 • hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases


We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure, contact us at Info@aevumwear.com.au before purchasing or returning.

 

EUROPEAN UNION: 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Items must be returned in the same condition received (unworn/unused, tags attached, original packaging, proof of purchase).

For EU change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect.

 

REFUNDS

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
