SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During drops, sales, or busy periods, processing may take longer.

We ship within Australia, and internationally to the countries listed in our checkout shipping options (see International section below).

Standard Shipping

Express Shipping
 • $20 AUD
 • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days (after dispatch)

Free Standard Shipping
 • Free on orders $120 AUD and over
 • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days (after dispatch)

International Standard

Express International

Free International Standard
 • Free on orders $250 AUD and over

International delivery time
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Your estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout and in your tracking updates.

 

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

 

DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES (INTERNATIONAL)

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us ASAP at Info@aevumwear.com.au.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, re-shipping costs may apply.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES / DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, contact Info@aevumwear.com.au with your order number and clear photos (parcel + item). We’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

RETURNS (SUMMARY)

Returns are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If you request an Aevum return label (Australia only), a flat $15 AUD return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
For faulty, damaged, wrong, or not-as-described items, Aevum covers return shipping.
